Strawberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Good bunch or large bag fresh spinach
- 1 Pint fresh strawberries
Dressing
- 1 Tsp sugar
- 2 Tsp sesame seeds
- 1 Tsp poppy seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 5 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
| Wash the spinach. Remove the stems and coarse vein by holding the leaf folded in half and pulling by the stem. Spin the leaves in a salad spinner and then wrap them in a clean tea towel and put in the fridge to crisp up until ready to serve. | |
| Wash the strawberries and pat dry. Cut each one into 3 or 4 slices (depending on the size) | |
| In a regular blender or Magic Bullet blender mix all the dressing ingredients. | |
| Toss with the spinach and strawberries. | |
