Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 2 medium to large fresh regular cucumbers (may also substitute with English cucumbers)
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip or other kind of mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- freshly ground pepper
Directions

Peel the cucumber.  | |

Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise. Cut out any large seeds. Slice the cucumber halves into 1/4 inch pieces.  | |

Mix the mayo, salt, vinegar and pepper together. Thoroughly mix with the cucumber. Let rest at least 20 minutes before serving to let the flavours mix.  | |
