Place Brie in a small, shallow glass dish and poke it full of holes. |

Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, red or yellow pepper, parsley, garlic, mustard and pepper. Mix well. |

Pour marinade over the cheese. Cover and let sit in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat BBQ (or oven) to medium 350 °F . Place a piece of foil on grill and poke holes in foil(don’t need to do this if it is in the oven). Place cheese on foil. Heat just until cheese starts to blulge around the edges and centre and is soft (about 15 minutes) |

| Serve warm with crackers, thinly sliced baguette, sliced pears. |

Variation - Baked Marinated Brie
|

| You can also put the marinated brie in a brie baker or oven safe dish and bake it at 350 deg F for 15 minutes. |
