Base

Base cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla. Add flour and spread on base and up the sides of a 9" springform pan. |

Spread raspberry jam over the base. |

Cream Cheese Layer
|

| Blend the cream cheese (which is at room temp), sugar, egg and vanilla. Carefully spread over the raspberry jam. |

Topping
|

Mix the sugar and cinnamon. Using a mandolin or knife slice the apples paper thin. |

|
Toss the sugar/cinnamon mixture together with the sliced apples. Spread over the cream cheese layer. |
|
|
|
Bake at 375 deg F for 30 - 35 minutes or until apples are cooked and the cream cheese layer has puffed a bit. |
