Ingredients
- 1 cup soft butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 6 or 7 red and green glace cherries (cut in half)
Directions
| Whip the butter and sugar together. | |

Mix together the flour and salt. Stir into the butter mixture until well combined.  | |

Squeeze together enough dough to make a smallish ball. Poke a hole with one finger and place in the 1/2 cherry. Cover over the cherry with the dough  | |

Bake 10 - 12 minutes in 350 deg F oven until golden. Cool on parchment paper.  | |

Roll in icing sugar when cool. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.  | |
