Season the pork chops with your favourite pork seasoning. I like the Keg's chicken and rib seasoning. |

| Prepare the applesauce (recipe follows) or you can use purchased applesauce. |

Mix the applesauce, white wine, sour cream and onion soup mix together. |
|
|
|
Pour into the cooking bag. Add the pork chops and mushrooms. Gently mix them together. Tie the end of the bag with the twister provided. Make 5 or 6 small slashes in the top of the bag to allow the steam to be released. Place in a baking dish large enough to hold the entire filled cooking bag. |

Bake at 350 deg F for 45 minutes. Carefully open the top of the bag by cutting a large slash. Remove the chops to a platter. |

Scoop the mushroom sauce to a gravy boat to pass. It is very nice served with rice or roasted or mashed potatoes. |
