Chocolate Drops Posted on November 30, 2013 by adminNovember 30, 2013 Chocolate Drops Print recipe Print with all photos Print text only Serves approx 4 dozen Ingredients 2 Cups white sugar 6 Tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup milk 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract 3 Cups rolled oats 1 cup sweetened medium dessicated coconut Directions Combine sugar and cocoa in a saucepan Add butter and milk and bring to rolling boil. Cook 1 minute. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla. Blend in oats and coconut. Drop by spoonfuls (use 1 teaspoon to scoop and one to drop because the mixture is very warm) onto waxed paper or parchment paper. When cool, place in an airtight cookie tin and store in the refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
