- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 Tsp Tabasco or other hot sauce
- 2 Tsp curry powder
- 1 cup raisins

- 1 1/2 Cups raw cashews (or pistachios or almonds or pecans)
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 Tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 Tsp paprika
- 1/4 Tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 Tsp freshly ground pepper
- 3/4 Tsp ground chili powder
