(2.5 - 3.5 kg) bone in smoked ham (or can use a boneless ham) 1 - 2 Tins regular ginger ale (not diet) (may also use cranberry ginger ale) Directions Place the ham in a large roasting pan. Pour the ginger ale over the ham. Cover loosely with tin foil. Bake according to package directions, usually 20 minutes per pound. Remove it from the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes before carving.
