- medium heat salsa to cover (about 1/4 to 1/3 cup)
- cheddar or tex mex shreds to cover (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 - 3 Tbsp sliced pitted Kalamata olives

- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
