Ingredients
- 5 Cups fresh raspberries (or use frozen whole raspberries)
- 2 Tsp freshly shredded lemon peel
- 3/4 cups white sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp whipping cream or half and half cream
- 1 Recipe double-crust pastry (see Crisco recipe below)
