Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups vegetable oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 Tsp red paste food colouring
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 Tsp baking soda
- 2 Tsp white vinegar
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 8 oz (250 gm) pkg plain cream cheese (room temperature (or soften in the microwave - 1 minute at low power should do))
- 1/4 Cups soft butter
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup icing sugar
