Strawberry Butter

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 Tbsp icing sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed strawberries (about 1/2 cup whole strawberries)
Directions
| In a one cup measuring cup, slice and chop the strawberries. Crush them with a potato masher or your clean hands. | |

In a small bowl, beat the softened butter until light and creamy. Beat in the icing sugar. Beat in the crushed strawberries. Spoon into a serving dish.  | |
