Mix the olive oil, cayenne and cinnamon together with a fork. Using a pastry brush, coat all sides of the sweet potato with the oil mixture. Grill on a griddle (or frying pan). Keep turning the sweet potatoes until they are nicely browned and cooked through (about 15 minutes)
