Vinaigrette

| Place the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and thyme in a blender or "Magic Bullet'. Pulse until well combined. |

| Place the sesame seeds in a small skillet over a high heat. Cook for a few minutes, while shaking or stirring the seeds until they are lightly toasted. Set aside. |

Wash and spin dry your greens and place in a large salad bowl. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and dice into large chunks. Add to the greens. Peel, core and dice the Bartlett or other sweet pear and add to the greens. Add the toasted sesame seeds and grated Asiago cheese. |

| Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss (so as not to mush the avocado). Serve immediately. |
