Smoked Salmon and Spinach Roll-Ups

Smoked Salmon and Spinach Roll-Ups

A few years ago, flour tortillas came on the market and Mexican recipes were all the rage.  Then the term “Wrap” was coined and you could find all sorts of sandwich fillings wrapped in a tortilla.  They were on the menu in restaurants, available to order from caterers or  in the take-out areas of grocery stores.

This recipe is a version of the wrap. A simple appetizer or lovely lunch, Smoked Salmon and Spinach Roll-ups are quick to make.
