Quick Steak and Mushroom Kabobs

Ingredients
- 2 Large Black Angus or well marbled striploin steaks (1 1/4 inch thick)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp hot horseradish
- good shake of favourite steak seasoning (I prefer the Keg's)
- 16 - 20 Medium sized cremini or white mushrooms
- 1/2 cup your favourite bbq sauce
- 2 Medium sized sweet yellow or red or orange pepper

Spread the horseradish on the steaks and then season with steak spice.  | |

Brush any dirt off the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and then marinate them for 20 minutes in the barbecue sauce.  | |

Cut the steak into kabob sized bites and thread the steak, mushroom and pepper pieces onto a metal skewer (or wooden skewer that has been soaked in water while the mushrooms are marinating). Continue until all the meat, mushrooms and peppers have been used. Generously brush the skewers with the barbecue sauce.  | |

Barbecue over medium hot coals, turning frequently for about 12 - 15 minutes. The vegetables should be cooked and the steak will still be pink inside.  | |
