Cooking Corn on the Cob

Cooking Corn on the Cob

Well our heat alert is ending because there is a cold front coming through…tremendous thunderstorms and we have no power.  In my quest to publish a recipe every day, I am running the computer using the generator to do this post.

Last week, the local market had the first of the fresh corn available.  This year’s crop is amazing.

This is a no fail, but delicious way to prepare fresh corn on the cob. Cooking Corn on the Cob in water, with a little sugar and lemon juice is a sure fire way to have sweet and juicy cooked corn.
