Easter is just around the corner and many dinner hams will grace the family dinner table. This Ham Quiche recipe is a fresh idea for the leftover ham.
The ham and Swiss cheese fills the the quiche dish to the top. The egg/milk mixture just fills in the remaining available room.
I like to serve it with a nice green salad.
This quiche just melts in your mouth!

- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup Swiss cheese (grated in food processor or blender)
- 3 eggs
- 1 - 1 1/4 Cups milk
- dashfreshly grated nutmeg
- dashfreshly ground pepper

- 1/8 Tsp onion powder
