Catalina – Style Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup or 1 tsp of sugar
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine dressing ingredients and blend until smooth. Makes about 1/2 cup and will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
